I want to help structure how its going to operate & how it is going to be working, I would like to help structure JSOC & focus on getting the most elite people in, as well As come up with better tactical ways of planning combat operations & scenarios, which would essentially consist of new trainings for different military events. I want to see Delta Force work as a unit & operate as one hole team. I would say that i can be on a decent amount of time & i am constantly doing my best to improve Personally & improve the server.  I also believe that through my prior Leadership experiences i have what it takes to lead a elite unit like Delta Force. Starting all the way back to when i first started playing MRP i have learned what it takes to become & be a leader, as well as listening to others input on what would further help me as a leader. Lastly, I believe that my overall knowledge of the game will help me greatly in this position. I currently stand with around 3200 hour on this game from multiple servers & over my time of playing the game i have gotten to know the mechanics quite well, I want to be able to share my knowledge with the rest of the server & Especially JSOC.  [color=#2c3e50][b]What Are You Going To Do With Your Regiment/ Division:[/b][/color] [list=1] [*]I'm going to start out with finding and establishing a High Command within Delta Force, I will then start to create documents for all the certain things that needs to be done. I will set up a selection system for Delta Force so not just every retard can join the worlds most elite fighting force. [*]I'm going to start recruiting & finding new people who are interested in joining Delta Force & I we will hopefully try to get our first members. [*]I'm going to try & talk to the other JSOC Unit (DEVGRU) & hopefully come up with a way that we can have some fun missions & shared moments between the units, as stated i hope that we can work together as one unit & help each other out in missions. I eventually joined the Navy as i have always thought that they had some pretty cool subranches such as SEALs & SWCC. I worked my way up as i always try and achieve better then before. I became a SWCC Senior Officer & i became a GTO (Green Team Operator) which is the entry step into DEVGRU. Then i returned to the server & I eventually joined DEVGRU as a Red Squad Senior Operator, Taking charge of my own SEAL Team. I also worked my way up their Officer Corps to Lieutenant Junior Grade. I honestly dont remember my full history only the recent ones.; I came back to the community after taking a break from Garry's Mod in general for a little while.
